Jersey City Arts Council Mayoral Candidate Arts Survey
With a more focused mayoral runoff election underway, it is essential that the arts community has a clear understanding of each candidate’s perspectives, proposed policies, and plans for their potential term. Jersey City Arts Council (JCAC) aims to serve as a liaison and resource hub to help community members make informed decisions as they prepare to vote.
Jersey City Arts Council, an independent 501c3, exists to protect, promote, and strengthen the arts in Jersey City. We believe the arts are essential to the city’s cultural vitality, economic growth, and civic life, and we work to ensure that artists and cultural organizations—especially those historically underrecognized—have the resources, visibility, and support they need to thrive. Our mission is carried out through three core pillars: funding, advocacy, and promotion.
JCAC makes this information available to voters for informative purposes only. Responses do not suggest the endorsement of any candidate.
