At the federal level, while Congress negotiates to reopen the government and finalize appropriations bills, funding for the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) and the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) remains at stake.

Jersey City Mayoral Elections

As Jersey City prepares for its upcoming mayoral and gubernatorial elections, the Jersey City Arts Council (JCAC) is exploring how arts policy can guide a more creative, equitable path forward. Below are resources to help you make an informed plan to vote.

In September, JCAC hosted its first City Conversations panel to discuss the importance of centering arts policy in creating a thriving cultural ecosystem.
