Self-renewal is a natural path that maps our transformation and growth on all levels. It’s a vital part of the process of becoming who you are and who you want to be.

Self-renewal has distinct phases:

  • Taking stock

  • Letting go

  • Nurture & Nourish

  • Rise & Shine

The month of April is National Poetry Month and the stretch into Spring, a time of renewal, reinvention. During times of chaos, we face chances to reinvent and renew ourselves. Workshop facilitators will conduct sessions in English and Spanish to inspire participants self-reflection.

This event is free and open to the public. Register in advance for this event: https://bit.ly/3KcPYXj

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

“Our renewal moments hide in the chaos of everyday life. With the amazing guidance of Art Educators and mental health advocates Shanna T. Melton (Connecticut) and Jani Rose (New York) we will explore how to recognize that chaos, the triggers, and find the balance of renewal within ourselves.” shares Susan Justiniano | RescuePoetix, 2021-2022 Poet Laureate of Jersey City, NJ.
