Open Call and Return to Greenville!

By Elizabeth Deegan

Good morning Greenville and beyond,

If it feels like we just were having an exhibit and promoting, we did just close a show and now here I am to invite you to another (I am one tired hostess)!

JC Friday for March is just around the corner and we are having our annual indoor show set up inside of the house rather than out in the art shed and would like to invite you to participate and/or attend =]

After hosting at ART150 I'm excited to get ourselves not only back to Greenville but also into our cozy & intimate interior at 128 Winfield Ave; that feeling of home--and sharing it with the community--is what I've missed <3 For that reason we are looking for your smaller, possibly more personal, pieces in the 5 x 7 - 16 x 20 range (for visibility I always think no smaller than 5x7, but if you've got some smaller treasures you wanna share, don't be shy...same goes for oddly or amorphic shaped stuff too).

We also hope to capitalize on the theme by partnering with Welcome Home JC and accepting donations on their behalf in the days leading up to our events; they do wonderful work for local refugee families! To learn more about them check out their website:

https://welcomehomerefugees.org/

We will put out an updated statement about what specific items they may need as soon as possible, as family needs change with the season and and various other circumstances...in the meantime I'm sure your donations of time and/or money would be appreciated and put to good use so contact them online or by phone <3

The exhibit will be March 3rd & 4th, and I'll need your work by Feb 26th (or sooner...sooner is always better than later)! Please get in touch with me to participate :) projectgreenville@gmail.com or (646)361-1858...looking forward to seeing your work Greenville and beyond!
